Crisis in Confidence...

I was in a fender-bender yesterday...was told by cop I was at fault, came out of it charged, with a fine, the other side lied through her teeth....I was completely not at fault, really was not....I know the law...you know I do...there is no reasoning with cops (whom, by the way, I have defended for sooo long-this is the end of that!)...when I got home, shaking, I noticed her insurance is not valid..have to point it out to the cop 'cos clearly, he did not notice....days like this really shake my confidence in the system, in what I do for a living....I will get over this but down in the dumps right now...maybe these earrings are a reflection of my current mood...
