News from my garden...
Working in my garden, even for a few minutes at a time, brings me back into balance. At the risk of sounding like Shirley McLaine, I have conversations with my plants, with the soil, with the birds that always accompany me, no matter what time of the year it is. I like the morning aspect of the sun. Early in the morning, which my MY time, it peeks through the back fence and lights up my lillies and verigated willows...

i really love seeing the world through other's eyes... i relate to your connection, and am so grateful to have it... it always surprises me how much is missed by so many... there was a preying (or is it praying, now that is bugging me, have to check - yup, praying) mantis on a barnes & noble window front one day and the kids and i just watched people walk right by and not even notice... kind of sad... but great for us! as we don't see them very often...
