I have floated the idea of a newbie weekly column with Etsians old and new and so far, everyone is supportive. The column will start on Friday and if noone comes, then I will just write it, read it and learn from it myself.....
In the meantime, Lake Simcoe is still frozen solid but our neighbourhood birds are starting to come out of their hiding places and assume their favourite branches...if our pets (all 5 of them) were not neutered, I would suspect they are getting ancy about spring too but it must be my imagination.
I am leaving for Florida on Friday....the shop will be closed while I am away, for one week, but I will do the newbie column on Friday in any event and may even be able to do it the next (I get back Saturday)....
