Red cabbage ~ one of my favourite winter foods ~
steaming some now...yum...who says we can't have cabbage for breakfast? Steam it for just a few minutes for a vibrant purple - leave in the steamer a little longer for an almost blue hue...
add some apples and/or pears - DELISH!
